Rates
All rates are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax).
Off peak 1^st May – 30^th September | $412 per person per night (up to four guests).

Peak 1^st October – 30^th April | $487 per person per night (up to four guests).

Additional guest fees | $100 per person per night for groups of more than four people

Cleaning fee | $350.

The owners reserve the right to amend rates should the cost of services increase beyond their control.

Minimum Stay
A minimum of a 3-night stay applies. We have a minimum stay of 3 nights. This helps us with the high cost of cleaning in a remote location

Bookings
Bookings are confirmed only when total booking payable has been received and acknowledged.

Payment Policy
Credit Cards – We accept online payments by Visa, MasterCard and Amex.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Immerse Kangaroo Island is a unique remote accommodation, cancellations can result in an empty residence. Therefore, if you need to cancel your booking, we will only fully refund monies paid as long as it is 30 days or more before your arrival, so the earlier you let us know the better. If you cancel 30 days or less before your arrival date, no refund will be made, incurring a 100% cancellation fee of the total booking. Date changes are possible subject to availability. No refund can be given for non-arrival or unused nights. No refunds can or will be given in connection with circumstances arising beyond the reasonable control of Immerse Kangaroo Island i.e. flight delays by airlines / contracted charter companies / illness or guest failure to appear for accommodation. No refund can be given for any unused services or early departures. We strongly recommend the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances – medical emergencies, cancellations or additional expenses – that may result in the cancellation of bookings. Subletting – Bookings are NON TRANSFERABLE. Should a sub letting situation be discovered the booking will be cancelled and no refunds made. 

Occupancy
Maximum of 8 paying guests at any time during your stay apply only.

Immerse Kangaroo Island has been specifically designed with family and friends in mind.
Please be mindful the heating is entirely sourced from slow combustion wood fires in every room. This sets the scene of ambience, warmth and romance through the winter months and cooler evenings. We recognise this can pose a danger for children under the age of 12. Please consider if this is appropriate when booking for younger children.

Please note when booking for younger children, the bedrooms are separated by a bathroom, please consider if this is appropriate.

Check out time: 11am

Check in procedure
Code for key access will be emailed.

Checkout procedure
Departing guests must leave the property clean and tidy. This includes cleaning the BBQ and turning off all the lights and cooling / heating and appliances. Autonomous checkout, simply close the door behind you by 11am.
Failure to leave the Immerse Kangaroo Island in a neat and tidy state on checkout will incur an additional $350 cleaning fee. 

Food packages
Food packages must be pre-ordered 7 days prior to your booking. This allows time to arrange the availability of the packages at check-in, unless otherwise arranged. All packages have been designed to be available all year round. However, in some instances food may differ slightly from the image / description. In this case, we will replace items for similar price and quality. 

Inclusions
Our rates are inclusive of quality bed linen, bathrobes & slippers, bath towels, hand towels, bathmats, tea towels, beach towels and luxury locally made bathroom amenities. Local sparkling wine, chilled still and sparkling water, sourdough & seed loaves, milk, butter, coffee beans, loose leaf tea, and olive oil. We also supply a well stocked pantry with all the staples for your convenience. Logs and kindling for fireplaces. An extensive selection of award winning Kangaroo Island Spirits with local artisan garnishes and quality mixers, Kangaroo Island Estate wines and Kangaroo Island Brewery Ales all inclusive for your enjoyment.

Wi-Fi and Netflix complimentary.

Pets
Pets are NOT permitted sorry. Immerse Kangaroo Island is situated on the doorstep of the Cape Gantheaume Conservation Park and Wilderness protection Area.

Smoking
We are a non-smoking property – you may smoke outside but please pick up your cigarette butts and dispose of thoughtfully.

Fire bans
Guests must observe South Australian Bushfire Regulations and Fire Bans at all times.

Cleaning & rubbish removal
Additional cleaning charge of $350 will apply if Immerse Kangaroo Island is not left in an acceptable condition. This is at the discretion of the owners.

Condition and use of the property
Immerse Kangaroo Island shall use its best efforts to ensure the operation of all amenities on the property, such as WI-FI access, TV, fireplaces, is as applicable. We shall not be held responsible for such items failure to work, but will make every effort to correct any issues as reported as quickly as possible. Guests acknowledge that use of amenities such as fireplaces, outdoor firepit, decks, BBQs and the like may be potentially dangerous and involve potential risks if improperly used, and such use is at the Guest’s own risk.

Loss or damage
The owners and staff accept no responsibility for loss or damage to guest property during their stay. Any damage and extras we reserve the right to charge your credit card. The owners have full discretion on what is considered unsuitable use of the properties and the condition they are left in on check out.

Our responsibility
In the unlikely event of an equipment breakdown, or power outage we may offer a replacement stay or other benefit as compensation.
