HOUSE RULES

Immerse Kangaroo Island has been designed and built with a boutique uniqueness. Using all natural Australian timbers, rammed earth and fabrics. Please be mindful these specialty materials can damage easily and need to be respected.

Please do NOT use outdoor firepit under any circumstance during the South Australian Bush Fire Danger Season. Please visit https://www.cfs.sa.gov.au/home/ for the latest dates and information.

Incorrect use of outdoor firepit will NOT be tolerated.

Immerse Kangaroo Island is completely self-sustainable. Please be mindful when using rainwater and power. 

If fresh sheets or more towels are required, we are happy to assist. Please do not launder our linen or towels yourself.

Please don’t burn candles. No one wants to attend to an unexpected fire.

Please be gentle when using our slow combustion indoor fireplaces. The doors are made of glass and the fire bricks can break easily.

Please do not take any of the indoor furniture outside.

Please do NOT use fake tan, purple toning or hair colouring products. The dye soaks into the natural Cedar shower floors and stone basins and bath. 

Immerse Kangaroo Island is a non-smoking property. If you choose to smoke outside, we ask you use the car park area. Please dispose of any butts thoughtfully! - fire risk is real!

Please observe the terms and conditions that state No pets allowed.

Immerse Kangaroo Island has been specifically designed with family and friends in mind.
Please be mindful the heating is entirely sourced from slow combustion wood fires in every room. This sets the scene of ambience, warmth and romance through the winter months and cooler evenings. We recognise this can pose a danger for children under the age of 12. Please consider if this is appropriate when booking for younger children.

Please note when booking for younger children, the bedrooms are separated by a bathroom, please consider if this is appropriate.

Extra cleaning fees will apply if Immerse Kangaroo Island is NOT left in an excellent condition when you check out.
